Scott Schubiner
Scott is a career-long real estate professional and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across commercial real estate, technology, and consumer brands.
He has acquired, financed, developed, and sold over $1 billion in commercial real estate nationwide. He previously led acquisitions and ground-up development for the U.S. investment arm of a publicly traded Hong Kong-listed company with $2 billion in assets under management, growing its development pipeline from inception to over $400 million. Before that, he held progressively senior roles at a New York City firm specializing in ground-up mixed-use projects.
Beyond real estate, Scott builds and invests in software, technology, and consumer products — having founded and scaled multiple companies.
He holds a Master's in Real Estate Finance from NYU, a B.A. from the University of Michigan, and is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker across multiple states.
